I use Venus as an RRAS for my Windows and Nortel VPN authentication. If you right click on Venus, go to properties, and then select the IP tab, you'll see the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? is this normal? Should I not be running RRAS and DNS on the same server? Your input is very welcome, Mike.

I am able to do almost everything except VPN out to my work place (we use Nortel's Contivity VPN client). I opened up port 500 (UDP) to allow ISAKMP traffic Any suggestions on what I can do to get the traffic to pass through with out opening up my firewall. There are mulitple versions of IPSEC--some work with NAT and some don't. More and more IPSEC variations work with NAT, and if you're using MS IPSEC it will work over VPN. I'd like to get this working without buying additional hardware if possible. Does anyone have any suggestions/solutions? Thanks in advance. Jim.
